Prescriptions
If you have no items on repeat, please note you will be unable to use the online facility.
You can order your prescriptions in the following ways:
- Request your prescriptions online. You can make requests for one off/less frequently used items using the note facility.
- Post your request to us
- Post or take to the pharmacy where you usually collect your medication.
Your prescription will be sent to your nearest chemist unless stated otherwise.
Please allow 4 working days before you collect your prescriptions, and remember we are closed at weekends and bank holidays.
Prescriptions put in the post-box at the weekend will not be ready for collection until Wednesday afternoon.

Deliveries
We now offer a delivery service to those patients over 60 years and who find it difficult to get to the surgery.
Deliveries will be available on Thursday mornings to Lidlington, Millbrook and surrounding areas on Friday mornings to Silsoe, Clophill, most of Maulden and surrounding villages.
If you would like to take advantage of this service please put deliver at the bottom of your repeat request.
Deliveries will not be available Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
Electronic Prescription Service
Patients will be able to have a paper-free prescription sent to the chemist, ie Cheesemans, Tesco Pharmacy. Patients initially have to set this up directly with the chemist. Repeat prescriptions are requested in the normal way, Dispensary action the request and send to the GP for signature.
This prescription is then sent electronically to the chemist.
Please allow at least 4 working days before going to collect from the chemist, please remember we are not open at weekends or bank holidays.
If you are a dispensing patient (i.e. you collect your medication from the surgery) you do not need to do anything further.
