Approximately 12 hours per week – plus cover for holiday and sickness.

• Ideally will have experience in all areas of chronic disease with a special interest in Diabetes.
• Face to face minor illness clinics.
• Candidate should be self-motivated, able to work under pressure and prioritise own workload.
